Available positions:
Chocolate Production Assistant (job location - East Boston)
part-time position
Do you have an experience in pastry or chocolate making? Are you open to learn how to make chocolate bonbons with intriguing flavor combinations? In this position you will work closely with our head chocolatier, and will assist in preparing and packaging chocolate bonbons, bars and other sweet treats.

Major holidays are off
$18 - $22 depending on experience
Potential to eventually transition into full-time
Responsibilities:
Tempering chocolate
Preparing various fillings by following precise recipes
Packaging and properly labeling of products
Maintaining a clean and organized working space
Assisting in managing inventory
Greeting and assisting customers in store if needed
Job requirements:
18+ years of age
Permitted to legally work in the US
Pastry or Chocolate experience required
Strong time and task management skills
Organized, attention to detail
Willingness to learn and work in a team
Ability to stand for extended periods, move and lift boxes up to 50lb
