Due the warming weather our shipping will adjust to ensure you receive your orders in a good state. Here is how to choose proper shipping method upon check out: If your order is shipping within Massachusetts choose USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground (it's the cheapest and fastest option, most orders arrive within a day)
If your order is shipping to a destination OUTSIDE of Massachusetts the proper shipping method for you will be UPS Next day air, UPS 2-day Air, UPS Overnight or USPS Priority mail Express.
For all orders going out of Massachusetts we strongly suggest to choose UPS Second day Air, UPS Next day Air Saver or USPS Priority mail Express to ensure the integrity of your chocolates, especially when shipping to states warmer than 70°F. We do our best to securely pack your order with isolating mailers and ice packs.
All orders are shipped Monday - Wednesday to ensure arrival before the weekend and avoid your precious chocolates to sit around and loose their freshness and form.
If there is a holiday, shipping day may change, and your order will ship the next available day to ensure you receive your package in its best condition.
Please use the provided tracking number to the email address you have provided, to ensure the integrity of your chocolate goodies.
Each order is packed by hand with care. We do our best to make sure everything is tightly and securely wrapped, we add ice pack during warmer weather (or shipping to warmer destinations) and use isolating mailers to ensure your chocolate goodies stay chilly throughout transportation to their final destination.
However, once we hand your precious orders over to the shipping carrier, we cannot do anything else to prevent possible damage.
Petrova Chocolates is not responsible for any damages of packages that could occur due to inclement weather, mishandling during and after shipping or melting due to high temperatures.
Petrova Chocolates is not responsible for lost packages from the shipping carrier.
Petrova Chocolates is not responsible for damaged packages from animals.
Petrova Chocolates is not responsible for any shipping delays. Once the package is received by the carrier, it is out of our hands to control any shipping delays. Contact the carrier directly if you have any questions regarding your order. We can only provide you with the tracking number of your order, nothing more.
If you are experiencing a problem with the quality of your order due to the reasons above, we would be unable to issue a refund, but please reach out to us and let us know what went wrong. We are striving to provide great experience and want to learn and improve from any mistakes so we can try to prevent them from happening again.
