During the summer months shipping will be open only for orders within the area of New England. Due to the higher temperatures and higher shipping fees, shipping to states located further of New England will be suspended until the weather cools off. If you still would like to place an order, message us and we will be able to assist you with arranging Overnight shipping.
We do our best to securely pack your order with insulating mailers and ice packs to prevent melting during transportation.
We use USPS priority mail and UPS to ship your orders.
All orders are shipped Monday - Thursday (also Friday for orders within MA) to ensure arrival before the weekend and avoid your precious chocolates to sit around and loose their freshness and form.
If there is a holiday, shipping day may change, and your order will ship the next available day to ensure you receive your package in its best condition.
Please use the provided tracking number to the email address you have provided, to ensure the integrity of your chocolate goodies.
Each order is packed by hand with care. We do our best to make sure everything is tightly and securely wrapped, we add ice pack during warmer weather (or shipping to warmer destinations) and use isolating mailers to ensure your chocolate goodies stay chilly throughout transportation to their final destination.
However, once we hand your precious orders over to the shipping carrier, we cannot do anything else to prevent possible damage.
Petrova Chocolates is not responsible for any damages of packages that could occur due to inclement weather, mishandling during and after shipping or melting due to high temperatures.

Petrova Chocolates is not responsible for any shipping delays. Once the package is received by the carrier, it is out of our hands to control any shipping delays. Contact the carrier directly if you have any questions regarding your order. We can only provide you with the tracking number of your order, nothing more.
If you are experiencing a problem with the quality of your order due to the reasons above, we would be unable to issue a refund, but please reach out to us and let us know what went wrong. We are striving to provide great experience and want to learn and improve from any mistakes so we can try to prevent them from happening again.
